IMPORTANT NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
The following suggestions are based upon recommendations and research of professionals in the medical and nutritional fields. They represent the best estimate of needs of average people in this country. Supplements for special needs will vary from these average recommendations. These are taken personally by us.

General Notes: These should be taken daily. Choose liquid or lozenges as first choice. Capsules & softgels are second best and use tablets only as last resort (except for time release). This becomes even more important as you age. Take amounts recommended on container unless you have special problems.
Everybody’s Basic “Must Take” list.
(These nine (9) products effect thousands of different processes within your body & their impact is powerfully synergistic when used together. Take each of these items every day.)
Multi-vitamin, mineral, enzyme, herb etc. supplement. This is the single most important supplement for overall well-being. There are a number of other good suppliers. Liquid, Buried Treasure (“VM-100“) brand is an excellent one to start with. Reasonable price and tremendous array of nutrients.
Methyl B-12 lozenge, 1000 mcg minimum. (Up to 5 000 mcg)
CoQ-10, Ubiquinol type, 100 - 200 mg soft gels (minimum of 1 mg/pound of your body weight ) capsules. Only the Ubiquinol type reaches the brain.
Curcumin with pepper (take with Phosphatidyl-Choline, fish oils, coconut oil and/or olive oil for better absorption)
C, 1000 mg, capsules
D3, 1000 IU’s capsules (some manufacturers combine coconut oil with D3 for even better results)
Magnesium Citrate capsules. Muscle relaxer to supplement the Multi.
Omega 3, EFAs (essential fatty acids) , soft gels, fish oils, if not in the Multi.
Probiotics, Get as high number of strains and bacteria count as possible. Minimum of 10 strains. Try Swanson brand Dr. Stephen Langer’s Ultimate 16 strain Probiotic capsule. Probably the 2nd most important supplement for most people because it favorably effects every cell in the body.

VEGETARIANS: Urgent you get at least 1000 mg B12 in lozenge daily (you don't get it in your diet!) Other B vitamins & vitamin D3 are not normally supplied in sufficient quantities in vegetarian diets. Watch intake of sugar, omega 6, salt, MSG and trans-fats.
